Getting Started
Once downloaded, the Rings extension will appear in the extensions menu and may be managed from it. The extension is active by default

The Rings credibility filter will only appear in chrome tabs that are open on one of our supported platforms (such as "x", "Bluesky", etc...)
On the left side of the screen you will see the Rings credibility scale. As a first impression it will probably look empty, but as you encounter more and more textual content, new "dots" will appear on the scale, representing the content contributors you engage with

The credibility scale ranks content contributors according to their credibility score, with higher-rated contributors appearing higher on the scale. With a credibility score that spans from 0 to 100, all new content contributors are assigned an initial score of 50
A Rings icon, representing a contributor's rank, is shown next to their name on your screen. Until their credibility score is determined, the badge will be colorless

With the credibility score determined by Rings, the writer's position on the Rings scale is immediately reflected in their Rings icon. More colorful rings signify a higher level of credibility
Once sufficient data is available, Rings will display your feed logic assessment score and provide guidance on how to enhance your digital experience on the current platform
